PHARMACIST CONSULTATIONS
Pharmasave at Eversquare Medical Clinic has knowledgeable pharmacists to provide comprehensive consultations regarding your prescriptions and over-the-counter treatments, medication management plans, drug interaction information, patient safety advice, and medical device guidance.
LUMPS & BUMPS
We have a family doctor who specializes in derm procedures such as biopsies, mole removal with short wait times.
MEDICAL BOTOX
For chronic migraine patients.
Referral needed.
PCOS CLINIC
Management of PCOS including infertility, hirsutism, acne or obesity.
SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS
Locum physician available.

WOMEN’S HEALTH SERVICES
Our obstetrician/gynecologist provides care for high-risk OB, general gynecology, incontinence/Prolapse, and Mona Lisa Laser.
CIRCUMCISION
Our pediatrician sees 2 week old male infants for this procedure. No referral needed.

Our services include an all encompassing MyLers IV that includes all additional nutrients instead of choosing several infusions.

Injections can be purchased as a vial for a discount to reduce costs .
Our infusions are done by our RN and therapies are assessed by a Pharmacist.
MENTAL HEALTH ASSESSMENTS
Our Primary Care Network staff are on site to provide assistance to those in need. We strive to provide superior mental health care.
MENOPAUSE CLINIC
Comprehensive management of symptoms.
IRON INFUSION
$250 plus the price of Iron.
Special authorizations are provided by the Clinic Nurse or Pharmacist to assist in Infusion and Iron costs. Referrals are not required for all cases. Please call for details.
Our iron infusions are done by our RN and therapies are assessed by a Pharmacist.
IUD & BIRTH CONTROL CLINIC
Comprehensive consultation with education & safety information. Ultrasound guided IUD insertion with 2 weeks & annual follow ups.
PAIN MANAGEMENT
Cortisone injection for osteoarthritis & tendonitis.
PSYCHIATRY
Referrals accepted for General Psychiatry, Mood & Anxiety Disorder, Autism & ADHD specific assessments.
